In your browser's print dialog, set Margins: None and turn on Background graphics — without it the cards print white.
Your browser renders every page before showing its own print preview, which for a run this size takes around 10–15 seconds with no progress of its own. Filtering to one generation, or switching to Pixel sprites, cuts that markedly.
